Dusseldorf, June 7, 2019 - In the current Handelsblatt ranking "Best Customer Advice", EP retailers rank first in the category of "Electro-specialty stores." With an overall rating of 2.15, they prevailed against seven competitors and are now about eleven Percent above the industry average.
Working on behalf of the Handelsblatt, the research institute ServiceValue investigated which retailers and service providers offer the best customer service advice in 36 different industries. To this end, over 17,000 consumers were surveyed. In the field of consumer electronics, the service provided by the EP retailers convinced customers the most.
"We are very happy about this result. It confirms once again that we are on the right track with our quality campaign", explains Torsten Schimkowiak, Head of Sales at ElectronicPartner. Around 360 EP retailers throughout Germany have set up their businesses for the future as part of this concept. They score high marks with modern sales rooms, best service and attractive assortments. As a result, the EP brand outpaced the market last year for the fourth consecutive time. "Of course we do not rest on this success," Torsten Schimkowiak adds. "With our new training platform EP: Campus and the further optimization of the online shop, we are currently starting the Quality Offensive 2.0."
