On December 1^st, E-Square hosted a one-day workshop focused on MDA & SDA supplier planning and strategy. The members attending were from Denmark, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and the UK, who make up the majority of the MDA & SDA purchasing for the group.

‘This was a great opportunity to see the different perspectives our members have and to understand how we can grow in 2017.’ stated Eric Millar, Purchase Director of E-Square. ‘We have a couple of meetings each year where all the members are present but this forum really helped us to go into more detail and understand how to support our members with our international suppliers on local and international level.’

‘To discuss matters face to face and in a large group is often so much better, than through individual country visits. It is a great way for our members to get insights on their colleagues as well as for us. We are continually in the process of developing new strategies and common projects for our members and in order for us to do so, we need to identify similar goals amongst the whole E-Square group.’, comments Paul Tyson, E-Square MD.

The evening before the meeting, the members were invited to a dinner with one of the group’s top suppliers. This evening was a great beginning to successful MDA & SDA workshop, as the members were able to discuss matters in a more relaxed surrounding, as well as network with other group members.
